Advance directives and living will plays a crucial role in such situations. They provide written legal instructions regarding a patient's preferences for medical care.
My main goal was to update the management of advance directives by transitioning them from a paper-based to a digital format. As well as to enhance communication among a patient, a doctor and a proxy through a patient-centric platform.

The platform has to be not only user-friendly but accessible to individuals with visual or hearing impairments, or other disabilities.
