Introduction

The in-flight entertainment system is a crucial component of a passenger's experience during a flight. My client, a major airline, approached me to redesign their in-flight entertainment system because they were receiving negative feedback from passengers about the user experience.

Problems

🛑

The current in-flight entertainment system is outdated, difficult to navigate, and has limited content options.

Users are often frustrated with the slow response times, poor connectivity, and technical glitches.

Solution

My objective was to design an intuitive and reliable system that provides a variety of entertainment options while accommodating a range of user needs and preferences.

Additionally, I came across the idea to integrate a chatbot to the system. It allows passengers to have a seamless and entertaining flight while chatbot facilitates will ensure clear and fast communication with an aircrew.
